Threadfall MUSH runs with permission, and any violation of copyright is entirely unintended. Zarvind was a product of my own improvisation, based on real folk I know and archetypal types. He began a rogue in all senses, a character who wandered from M* to M* in search of a place where the player could settle him for good. Threadfall MUSH was just opening then and accepted the player and character as a Southern-born son of traders. Thus began the long journey begun in the Ista Weyr living caverns one day, passing on into a surprise candidacy, weyrlinghood, then shaky riderhood as Wingrider in a place he never was sure of.
